First Degree Assult??  Domestic Violence?? Tampering with Evidence??

I have to wonder, Had this man been gay would he the charges been more
along the lines of Federally prosecutable Hate Crime?

Had the tables been reversed and this man mutulated the woman.... what
would the charges have been then?  Stalking and terrorism charges? At
very least Sexual assult in the first degree!!

I would like to follow this one and see what happend to this derranged
woman. As I remember Lorrainea Bobbitt only got a year or so in prison
didn't she?

Do I need to say the words Double Standard here again??
