Ye olde "it takes a 10 deg C rise to cause mass extinction & the
Traps only caused a 5 degree rise....".....& then "if the
temp were to rise then the Methane hydrate might be released but that
couldn't cause mass extinction coz that'd only cause a 5 deg C rise &
we need 10...." followed by "hang on....what's 5 + 5...."
