I set it up in COMPRESS.CFG with -

Archiver ZIP
  Extension     ZIP
  Ident         0,504b0304                      ; "PK^c^d"
  Add           idle -5 zip -j %a %f
  Extract       idle -5 unzip -Co %a %f
  View          idle -5 30 unzip -Cv %a
End Archiver

This uses ZIP 2.0.1 and Unzip 5.12 (not the latest but they do the job).
