Hi All,

HELP! I installed MS's Q818529 fix (issued June 3), and Q330994 (issued April
'03) today on my WinME system. Following that, my internet connection sharing
(and the basic network setup I have with a WinXP machine) is now rendered
useless! There are no network error messages to indicate a broken network.
But when I try to do the usual things (sharing a printer, sending a chat
message, connecting to the internet from the WinXP machine) the network
behaves as if it is not present. I removed the 2 patches, and rebooted both
machines, but the network still does not come alive. I
"refreshed" the ICS on my WinME machine, but the two computers
are still unable to communicate! Can someone please help me with getting
the network back to working condition?
