I went there and saw that for my Metal case OPTIMA v34/vfc/fax that I 
purchased via the SYSOP DEAL for $288
They want me to TRADE-IN _and_ pay $199 for the new modem...
Hell I'll probably KEEP the modem and get the BUSINESS modem w/flash rom for 
$259
The flash rom upgrade is FREE and will be available in the fall it was 
stated...
