Are you *serious*?  It takes me about 15 minutes to load my bread machine
-- and I've been using them for 20 years or so ... also there's nothing
"fancy" about my usual ingredients:  flour/oats/sugar/salt/canola
oil/powdered milk/gluten/yeast.
