Microdyne took it over and it became the NE10/100 with NE100I ISA version.
Microdyne apparently also have another Novell-certified 10/100 Mbit/s ISA NIC 
called the MX100I.
Microdyne had a backlog on processing RMA's and should by now have 
cross-shipped a replacement.
