You are the only one who has reported this issue....

My first suggestion is to check the version of your Eleserve.exe.
The latest version is called "EleBBS/W32 SERVER v20060626-dns+ftpfix"
which is dated June 6, 2006. Assuming this is the version you are currently
using, I suggest trying the older TELSRV.EXE which was included with
EleBBS 0.09 to see if it has the same issue or not. This one does not need
any command line parameters.

Also, let us know what version of Windows and SP you are running under.
