Where have I made fun of european countries?

The only thing I've picked on was Koyoto claims that we (the US)  had to do
this and everyone was pissed that the US wouldn't sign off on it. And then
not one single country who did sign off on it met their agreed reductions.
Which is more honest, saying no we can't do that or saying yes we can when
they know they can't?

That's not making fun, and before you go and point out that "well at
least we tried" what do you think the effects of fuel prices doubling
here is with regard to co2 emissions? Sales of SUV's are in the dumpster
and sales of more efficient vehicles has skyrocketed. Is that not at least
as much "trying" as Koyoto has accomplished?
