"Knowing" and "willful."  Well, since you are no mind
reader, and know
not the intentions (or lack thereof) of those with HIV, we can dismiss
that bogus argument right away.

The "eating moldy cheese" claim has to do with the disgust many have of
homosexual behavior, like eating moldy cheese would be.  Since some
find the behavior disgusting, they falliciously blame gays for AIDS.
