Yep, although i didn't have this set up, i had getchar and putchar set up
the same way. :-)  
But AMOF, i don't think i've ever used either of the fxxxchar functions.

In the Borland 4.02 manual fputchar() is listed as ANSI C, that's either
a typo, or there is an ISO draft not yet released to the public. 
Bugger if i'm going to pay $400 to them just to get the latest though. 
I've spent about 1 hour on the net a few nights back, looking for a newer 
draft, no cigar.
You'd think it's time for a new one.
