Do you have to order it?

Here if it ain't on TV & it's more than a few years old then either you
get lucky by pure chance or you have to jump through all sorts of loops.

e.g. recently I was talking to a teacher who was doing a term on WW2 &
wanted to get hold of films from that period ("brief encounter"
etc).

Apparently not easy.
