My ISP has a spam filter that I can use.  I can set up exception in
that filter, but unfortunately they dont always work.   The filter
certainly does not catch everything, nor is it foolproof, because it
will stop anything comimg form certain mass mailers, regardeless of
the fact that people may actually want some of that.  I get several
technical ones. and they are stopped quite often.
