  The marketing term 'SharePoint' got a bad rap from the first iteration of
SharePoint designer.    It was OK in concept, but a real pain when you went
to deploy and maintain.

   On paper, SharePoint 2007 addresses some of these problems, but I
haven't heard from anyone who has used the new version yet.
