Yes, sometimes users has problems with PayPal. But many americans happy
with it. Also PayPal has good API for script developers.
PayPal doesn't accept ex-USSR users. It is really bad.
In my opinion WebMoney is better payment system. But it is not so popular
in USA as PayPal.
