And Castro continues to snub Canadian attempts to get him to release
political prisoners. He even arrested some more hours after Chretien left
(or while he was still there? I forget the exact timig).

It certainly hasn't caused Castro to grant any more rights to his people.

I read that it is not legal for Cubans to eat meat more than twice a month.
Is that true?
