I have no idea. I got her at Petsmart. Sometimes I'm leary about pet
stores but they seemed to all be in good health and the people were very
knowledgeable. The girl who helped me even showed me how to clip the wings.

I suppose I could ask them.

I did notice her eating last night so I'm not as concerned. I hope she
uses the water bottle, which I haven't seen, although I know in the pet
store they had a larger version of what I have. My finches drink a TON
of water, maybe parakeets dont need as much?
