I only have one customer who has upgraded to Office 2007 so far (I'm
advicing against it for any who have Office 2000 or later and don't really
need anything new), and surprisingly she's finding the new ribbon
thingamajickie easy to learn. Really, I thought I'd be in for the endless
"where's this and that and nothing works and how can I something or
other" calls for the next year, but she's already fairly comfy with it
after only two weeks - and no training or nothing.
