Hello All,

huskymak.cfg and *.spec files are added for building RPMs (which includes
64-bit) for hptkill, hptsqfix and sqpack utilities. 64-bit build of RPMs
for huskylib, smapi, fidoconf, areafix, hpt, htick is fixed. All listed
RPMs can now be built for CentOS 7. I have not checked it for Fedora and
openSUSE but I hope ther will be no problem.
