I'm totally confused. I have a wide-screen display too. I'm not sure if you're
referring to the BW window or the icon. Anything can be moved and repositioned
on the desktop. 

As for the 50-line option, DOS never came with anything other than 25-line and
50-line that I know of. And BW is a DOS program so it's restricted to those
options.
