Well, BP are toting pepper ball guns.  The Mexican government has had their
knickers in a twist over use of the "inhumane" weapon since BP began using
them in 2002.  They have proven very effective when BP encounters groups of
illegal aliens who start throwing rocks at them in attempts to escape and
deter BP from doing their job.  The government of Mexico was raising hell
about BP using real guns with live ammunition to defend our borders and
themselves from injury, so we now have them defending themselves and America
with non-lethal weapons, and the Mexican government still doesn't like it.
