Greetings, Jim!

When you take the cost of getting it approved (not too easy a job - I guess 
they would have to do a lot of flying in icing conditions to prove it 
worked), and add on a sum for protentional law suits in case someone thinks 
it didn't work, and then factor in what you could charge for a few pieces of 
tape, it doesn't look like you would get it past the CEO.  You make a good 
point.
