[You mean our current administration mistook the lack of information
with his own lack of gravitas, and took us to war to further enable the
rich to plunder the earth? And you're comparing THAT to child support
collection?  :-)  I have news for Phil and Happy Sacks...no one is
going to change the child support system other than to track down MORE
deadbeats.
