I could not get the CDROM.NLM to work with my 4.10 server either. I am
going to upgrade my server to 4.11 this week and attempt to get it to
run with the CD-ROM again.
As to the second controller - you have to. Netware can only access one
device per IRQ so you can only have the one HDD or CD-ROM on the one
IDE cable.
