Can somebody could tell me why Watcom Make 3.2 reports "Error(F38):
Unable to make (foo\bar.obj)" with the following makefile?  It works
with Borland MAKE and DMAKE but not Watcom's.

.c.obj:
     wcl -wx -c $<

objs=foo/bar.obj

mytarget.lib: $(objs)

   ----- foo\bar.c -----

#include 

int main(void)
{
    puts("Hello world.");
    return 0;
}
