I've been very busy. My family and my love. It seems we will be
married. He has asked and left the question open, knowing my fears. He
suggested the offer remain open, leaving it to me. The "paper" he said,
doesn't matter as long as we are together. But he wants to marry me and
I want to make him happy.

Recently we went to Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Chinatown in San
Francisco. It was a sentimental journey, walking our once familiar
beaches. My heart swells to almost bursting, we stayed in cheap motels,
hardly noticing.

In some strange bed, somewhere, he holds me, absorbing me into him. He
cannot hide from me. His love pours from him like a river.
