Fathers given 'back to school' challenge

Report says pupils would do better if men shed their inhibitions and
joined their offspring in a cookery class, writes Sarah Womack
Fathers' reluctance to stand at the school gates and get involved in
"female-dominated" school life will be challenged today by a
Government-backed report which urges men to join their sons in cookery
classes and other lessons.
