subject: Try limit.

Nick -

Just had the "Try Limit" again on my BBS instance when trying to
poll my hub instance. It never clears and I have to cancel the poll or
manually force another one.

I think what is happening is while in the process of getting ready to
transfer one packet via BinkD, another one is created and dumped into the
MESSAGES directory.

This happens often when I post several messages back to back fairly
quickly. My system sends them out right away and might be contributing to
this.

It would be nice to be able to disable the "Try Limit" completely.

- Mark
