Yes.  From this angle it appears to get truncated at 60 characters rather than
the 72 characters as per traditional ftn specs for the subject.  This could be
significant if subject is used to trigger a response which it sometimes is,
such as in areafixes or file requests.

Please note if a bluewave offline editor responds as they won't prepend a 'Re:
' to the original subject since it is greater than 69 characters.  That is why
I call it a Goldilocks subject.
