The short answer is no.

BWREPFIX was designed as a "wrapper" for repairing Y2K damage done to
reply packets (*.REP) when using BlueWave on QWK packets.  A BBS could
use BWREPFIX to repair such packets when they are uploaded to a BBS.
However, the fix program was not designed to interface with the BW door,
nor does it work on the *.NEW reply packets produced by BlueWave when
using the native BW format packets.

As I recall, when used on native BW offline packets, BlueWave did not
have a Y2K problem.  OTOH, I also seem to remember that a problem was
discovered with the BW door when inputing the reply packets -- or
something like that.  I do not know how that problem was solved.
