She can download Free Agent and read newsgroups that way, using a
throw away email address from hotmail or yahoo.   Or she can read at
google groups, as someone else mentioned.   She stated she isn't
computer savvy, so probably doesn't know how to access and use either
of those.
Sure hope her problem is solved soon.   41 repeats is a bit much.  :)
