Anyway, this is what my disassembler (IDA V1.05) actually comes up with... 

mov     ah, 30h ; '0' ; ** VOID **
int 21h         ; DOS - GET DOS VERSION
                ; Return: AL = major version number (00h for DOS 1.x)
 
Dammit you're right, it's a Belgian disassembler. :)
