        Thank you, Mike, for your answer; but I think that we may not
compare your country and mine in this position because of the economical
situation. FTN nets are gone in your country because the Internet is cheap
and fast. In my town for 4$ I have 3 hours per month. If I need more hours
to work in th Net I pay ~1.25 per hour of 0.6$ per hour at night. All I can
afford is 5-6 hours per month.
        So, such things like ICQ or other web-chats is waste of money. As
for downloading of soft I can say that I download somenthing what I REALLY
NEED. I never download music.
        I want to found a subj in my town that will be realy cheap.
