-> Well, Mercury is considered a planet and it isn't very much bigger than Plut 
-> Pluto is about the same size as the moon. 
  
Which makes its mass less than a quarter of that of Mercury. 
  
I don't have accurate figures for Pluto here (there's still a lot of 
uncertainty, anyway), but it is certainly substantially smaller than 
anything else that is called a planet.
