For starters, Any other NEC monitor with the 5 in the model number is

not a 20" but only 17".



The 5 series is 17"

The 6 series is 21"



So even though this is false advertising, $500 is still a great price

for a 17" monitor and with it being an NEC and not a Yum-Cha

energy-saving model, where the screen jumps out at you every time you

go from DOS to windows. It is just what I am looking for. Though I

REALLY WANTED A 20".
