SNIP9510.RAR was online at 3:640/452 in file area 1.P3 back in mid-April -
chances are it is still there, and probably file-requestable.  On the
Internet the latest SNIPPETS archive (currently SNIP9510.*) and related
files can be found at the Zone 3 C_ECHO SNIPPETS FTP mirror site (which I
maintain) at snoopy.apana.org.au in the /pub/blizzard/snippets/ directory.
