If you program in C++, you are supposed to know the language. To help
you recognizing the keywords, you can use a text editor with syntax
highlighting.

This sure wasn't done because it wouldn't add anything useful to the

I don't think that there are problems you can't solve without multiple
inheritance. But there are cases where MI allows elegant designs that
are easy to reuse, understand and maintain.
One example are "mixin classes": you isolate a certain responsibilty
into a class and (multiply) inherit from it when you want another
class to have this responsibility.
