He means that with MoonRock you can specify the maximum size of the data
segment, it can be 500 bytes if you want. As an example, a program which
executes "D:\DOS\MEM.EXE" with the parameter "/M:EXEC"
produces the following:

EXEC is using the following memory:

  -------  ------  ----------------  --------
   00E29                416    (0K)                  ; environment
   00E43              1,328    (1K)                  ; code+stack
   00E96                160    (0K)                  ; data segment
                   ----------------
  Total Size:         1,904    (2K)

Note no swapping of any kind has been done here. :) exec.com is 774 bytes.
