JC> Do you guys ever plan on implementing a built-in telnet server into RG, JC> eventhough telnet servers such as GameSrv, net2bbs, etc exist? =) The fact that RG doesn't come bundled with a Telnet Server is a drag, but to be quite honest, once you get a telnet server up and running, and working (THANKS NICK!) the time doesn't need to be put into getting RG to handle that kinda stuff on its own. Now, unless someone has come up with a unit that'll do TCP/IP handling for TP7, I doubt it'd ever really come into existance. Then again, I haven't used TP7 for a good ... hell, I don't even know how long.. 10+ years. I can't even THINK that far back! heh ... If it jams, force it...If it breaks, it needed replacing. --- Renegade v01-28.8/Alpha* Origin: The Titantic BBS Telnet - ttb.slyip.com (1:129/305) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 106/1 123/500 140/1 250/306 261/38 100 396/45 633/260 267 SEEN-BY: 712/848 800/432 801/161 2320/100 303 @PATH: 129/305 229/426 123/500 261/38 633/260 267 |
