July 6-10, general location Rochester and Newark NY...  We've been
planning it specifically to include the Fords (who live in Newark)...
People are finding lodging in various places... Shipps and MLoo in
Victor, UDD in Phelps, Hafflys have a camper that I think they are
planning to park in the Newark RV park, I'll just stay at home, Fords
likewise are staying at their home... Official hosts are myself and
MLoo, with Fords honorary hosts...  :)

Picnic starts with dinner at Taste of Japan, in the Rochester area, on
the 6th...  Thursday, so far we have bbq at Bad to the Bone in Sodus
(north of Newark and east of Rochester) for lunch and attending a
college league baseball home game in Newark with Fords (who have season
passes)... Friday will be "picnic day", using my church's kitchen and
one of the meeting rooms as the venue...  and Saturday will be grilling
and sides (and leftovers) at the Fords' house in Newark...  Sunday the
10th will be move on day, possibly getting together for brunch or
similar on the way out...
