We couldn't have done it without the support of you and many others.
That support gave us the strength and the courage to keep on fighting
even when it looked like we wouldn't win.  Your prayers added to the
hundreds of others certainly helped as well.  
I don't know how we did it either, but we contacted every agency 
possible to try to elicit help, including the White House; we sought 
publicity in the name of saving children from the system; we gave CPS 
a hard time - all the time - and let them know that they were NOT 
putting our daughter's best interest at heart, we were; we hired a good 
attorney (a VOCAL attorney for me) from outside the county and he worked 
with the public defender my husband had (a good public defender!) and
they came up with their strategy together; we kept constant documentation 
of everything and kept the attorney's informed, as well as informing CPS 
every time they screwed up; we followed the letter of the law and 
insisted that CPS do the same, as well as insisting that they follow
their own rules and regulations; we became educated about the system 
and how it works; and no matter how much pressure CPS and the courts
put on us, we refused to compromise our integrity and we would not
lie to please them.  That's what we did.  In other words, we rocked 
the boat in a mighty big way! 
When we went to court on the 18th we had no faith that we would win.  
We had lost so many times before that we just figured we'd have to 
gear up for another fight, but when the judge said, "Mr. and Mrs. 
Frosty, I am returning your daughter home." we couldn't believe it.  
Four hours later our daughter was home.  I think every little step 
we took and every little prayer that was said on our behalf all added 
up to the miracle of our daughter coming home.  Everyone who even 
sent a good wish our way was a part of making our dream come true, 
and I can't thank everyone enough!
