What about Microsoft's little policy of *requiring* vendors to
buy Internet Explorer in order to be *allowed* to purchase
Windows 95? That, to me, is an unfair trade practice. If Gates
wants to give IE away or discount the price to gain market share
it's one thing; but to require it's purchase by vendors is
another. I don't much like either side on this subject.
