subject: Is there a new language?

Recently, spams getting into my in-box have had baffling subject lines.
Apparently there's a new language being used with which I am not conversant.

Here are some examples (and, as Jay Leno says, I am NOT making this up!):

Subject: Fwd:crestinous evangheliss

Subject: heliane Mommy/Daddy yakka Erholzeit

Subject: obmonroy GPS zugestr”mtes pankkikirjassa

Subject: sjlk ram

Subject: jest fiier

What the hell is going on? Do these idiots think that this gibberish is
going to make me want to look at their stupid spam? What it makes me want
to do is get hold of whoever is responsible for this crap and wring his (or
her) scrawny neck. Argh. Failing that, I settle for deleting the stupid
things without even looking at them.

What is the story here?

Veloci--shaking her head at some really rampant stupidity--raptor
