The batch file would just need to change to the current nodes directory 
first,
before passing all the parameters to elebbe.exe...

But I've added a StartPath option to the NET2BBS.INI so you won't need
a batch file.  ftp://pcmicro.com/netfoss/net2bbs0961.zip
Download the new exe, and add this line to the ini file:
StartPath=c:\bbs\node*N\
