LP> Today, it was +7 and SUNNY! Wow! It was so nice to finally see the sun
LP>again. Of course, Tuesday and Wednesday we've got winter storm warnings
LP>with heavy snow mixed with freezing rain. Ugh! Wiarton Willie says it's
LP>over in 6 weeks. I've had just about enough of winter, if that rodent is
LP>wrong, I'd be tempted to make groundhog stew sometime this spring.
True, but it seems both the Canadian groundhog and his American
cousin made the same prediction. Hopefully! The snow finally caught
up with us, but it's remained basically extremely mild. Today is
starting out at about -6 and the long forecast says it may go as low
as -9, but generally drift up toward a -2 on the weekend. But at
the moment, my garden is under about a four foot drift. OTOH my
african violets are growing like crazy.
