Having spent several years in retail, a lot dealing with
customer returns, there isn't much I haven't seen....
If an item was still current, shady customers would purchase
an item identical to the defective one. Walk outside place the
old one in the new package, and return it with their sales receipt
for a prompt refund.€
Now I wouldn't what to give anyone ideas....
