TOS was a code based on when the scene was shot, new stuff is a weird
Julian Date-oid thing (There's a "Stardate" program on some of
the shareware CDs with some explanaition of the new, and the old one is
quite simple when you know how (I wrote a converter in FORTRAN about a
lifetime ago...)
