There is no 3GB limit with NTFS

First of all the Instructor forgot 3.5 (at least I think). Second 2.X, 3.X
and 4.X are totally different NOS, so you will only have one product cycle
for improvement. 2.x is non dedicated, 3.x is dedicated bindery, nw 4.x is
dedicated (expecpt for OS/2) and NDS based, having also quite some
additions to nw 3.x so you cant call it an upgrade.
You forgot the point which will do the trick, 1. NO GUI, 2. NO VMM
