I sorta semi-agree with your comment... as the modem require a dedicated
driver for each OS, and it will be EXPENSIVE for multi OS support... isn't
that like going backwards from where Hayes Smartmodem moved away from
(Remember, before the AT command days, comm software have to do everything
by themselves)? I believe it will only be popular on Windows and newbie
machines... :)
