agreed but it could be handled easily by an intelligent reader... GoldED needs
some love to handle them properly... they are actually standards and have been
around since the '80s... IIRC, Wildcat! and PCBoard default to them... others,
i'm sure... some are editable so the operator can set the default on their
system which may or may not include initials... we used to use braces and ANSI
a long time ago... some readers today apply their own coloring because some
frown on ANSI enhanced posts ;)
